This wine is a grape wine blended with a fruit wine, so Pop is a red grape wine with a cherry character. 

The cherries were grown and processed by our friends up at Mobilia Farms up in Erie.  They are the Montmorency variety—which is a sour cherry—is used in winemaking and in your favorite pies.  We blend it with a bit of Fredonia (also grown  by Mobilia) to give it more body and depth of character.  This is a sweet wine, but there's still enough of the sour cherry tartness to leave you wanting another glass!
